Industry expertise and experience: Evaluation specialist for the last 25 years. 

Usha Chander is a research and evaluation specialist and has worked as a consultant in quality assurance in higher education and assurance of learning (AOL) programs at the Asian Institute of Management and other universities in South Asia and South East Asia. She has worked as an international assessor in Bangladesh's World Bank-funded Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project. She has participated in activities at the Asia Pacific Quality Network in Hong Kong.

As the Lead Technical of the Healthy Workplace Program at Arogya World, Usha is actively engaged in all aspects of the Program, including business development, knowledge sessions, assessing corporate workplace practices using the assessment framework developed by Arogya World, and helping them strengthen their programs internally, enhancing the health and well-being initiatives offered to employees. On behalf of Arogya World, Usha is closely associated with the Global Center for Healthy Workplaces and has served on the International Association for Worksite Health Promotion board.
